To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, REUSE MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to REUSE MEDIA SERVICES PTY LTD. You agree that the courts with jurisdiction over the operator shall hear disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
